Welcome to Discount Buddy (discountbuddy.in). By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These Terms are run by Manoj Kumar Lamba, India (“Discount Buddy”, “we”, “us”).

1. What Discount Buddy is

Discount Buddy is a free website that lists coupons, promo codes, deals and offers from third-party online stores. We are not a store. We don’t sell products, take payments, ship orders or handle returns.

2. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on Discount Buddy are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission from the store or an affiliate network, at no extra cost to you. We also show ads through Google AdSense. This is how we keep the site free. Commissions don’t change the price you pay, and we try to list offers based on how useful they are to you.

3. Coupons and deals: no guarantee

We work hard to keep offers accurate, but:
– We can’t guarantee that any coupon, code, price or deal will work, is still available, or applies to your order.
– Stores can change, limit or end offers at any time without telling us.
– Many offers have conditions, such as minimum order value, specific products, a particular bank or wallet, new users only, or limited stock. The store’s own terms always apply.
– Prices, cashback and discounts shown on our site may differ from what you see at checkout. The final price at checkout is what counts.

Always check the final price and offer terms on the store’s website before you pay. If a code doesn’t work, please let us know.

4. Third-party stores and websites

When you click a link on Discount Buddy, you leave our website and go to a third-party store or website. That site is run by someone else, and:
– Your purchase is a deal between you and the store.
– The store is responsible for products, prices, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and customer service.

– We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party websites, their content or their practices.

As far as the law allows, Discount Buddy and its owner are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from:

– Mistakes or missing information on the site
– The site being unavailable, or any technical problem

You use the site at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection laws that can’t legally be excluded.
